The current status of the computer tools used up to that point for managing information regarding planning and teaching control at the University of Ciego de %u00c1vila is diagnosed, confirming existing limitations in information management, as most required information remains in manuscripts or Excel documents without integration and sharing. For these reasons, it is necessary to develop a computer system for managing information related to planning and teaching control processes in universities. This system is a web application developed using the VueJS and SpringBoot frameworks, PostgreSQL as the database management system, and XP Programming as the software development methodology, ensuring the required security and protection. The application allows for the management of planning and teaching control information, providing reports in accordance with nationally established models. The system's database is updated with information provided by various administrators, enabling users to access and retrieve information, thus ensuring the efficiency required in their respective roles.Keywords: computer system, teaching planning, teaching control43
