31AbstractThis study focuses on the relevance of psychopedagogy in the comprehensive training of high-performance boxing athletes. The main objective is to analyze how the psychopedagogical intervention contributes to the optimal development of sports skills and the emotional well-being of these athletes. To achieve this, a mixed methodology was used that included an exhaustive bibliographic review and semi-structured interviews with prominent coaches and athletes in various disciplines.The results indicate that psychopedagogy plays a crucial role in the mental and emotional preparation of athletes, facilitating stress management, improving performance under pressure and developing effective communication skills. Furthermore, it was identified that personalized psycho-pedagogical programs promote a supportive environment that strengthens intrinsic motivation and long-term commitment to sport. The conclusions highlight the need to integrate psychopedagogy from the early formative stages, focusing not only on technical and physical aspects, but also on the mental health and emotional well-being of athletes.Keywords: psychopedagogical intervention, technical-tactical performance,31
