In this regard, the internationalization of Higher Education in Cuba is currently a matter of central importance, aligned with aspirations to integrate into global processes. This paper proposes actions aimed at addressing curriculum internationalization through the development of the University of Oriente's internationalization strategy, enhancing management across programs, academic years, and disciplines. The study applies both theoretical and empirical methods to delve into theoretical aspects and identify current conditions and future possibilities for UO, considering the perspectives of educational agents involved at various organizational levels. Keywords: higher education, professional training, internationalization, curriculum, management51
